A very short wait, then there was enough time to ask Dr. Paulraj what I needed to know. Chelsea was her usual positive, helpful self and the ladies in the business office were efficient and informative.
From stepping in the door, to getting an EKG, to seeing the doctor. Each and every person was kind, competent and wonderful.
I went in to be established as a new patient. The front desk staff is extremely polite and easy to communicate with. Doctor Samuel made me feel cared for and understood. I didn't feel judged when I shared some details of my past lifestyle. Over all a great experience.
The Dr. Is great. Dr John explains everything so great I can understand what he is saying. If more Dr's. Were like Dr. JOHN Samuel's more people would go to the doctor.
