Dr. Jones was very thorough with his explanations. He spent quality time with me.

I was promptly seen and received excellent service from all whom I interacted with. There is a clear standard of professionalism. Dr Jones is patient, kind and knowledgeable. He created a wholistic plan of care that was specific geared to my health care goals. I highly recommend him.
Reception desk personnel were very efficient, Nurse practitioner answered my questions and personally handled a scheduling matter. I was satisfied with this visit.
Dr. Jones is a great doctor, very knowledgeable, and has great bedside manner. The office staff is not so great. No one answers the phone, messages left are never answered. In order to get the front desk staff to respond to the pharmacist. I had to go in person to the office. Additionally, that was the same way I was able to get an initial appointment.
