From start to finish, this was the best experience I’ve had at any medical office. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, the waiting times were minimal, the MA had a great personality and most importantly, Dr. Kim was informative and caring. I’ve had doctors that feel like robots before, and Dr. Kim was the opposite of that. I feel like my cardio health is in good hands with him and the practice.
Extraordinarily pleasant atmosphere as soon as I entered the office. Staff acted professionally and had a good understanding of my situation from the onset. Dr. Bleakley has a down to earth bearing about him and ensured that all medical terms and procedures were clear and concise for both my wife and me. A very rewarding post-op visit.
Our first visit was extremely satisfying. The receptionist was cheerful and efficient. There was no waiting time. The nurse took our information, vital signs and an electrocardiagram. Dr Flynn was very positive and friendly. He gave a lot of attention to my husband's prior endocarditis and wants to follow up in a few months. My blood pressure was higher than normal, he asked me to monitor for two weeks and we would have a virtual meeting to decide how to treat me. Dr.Flynn and his staff provide excellent care. Dr Flynn is amazing! He encouraged me to be proactive with taking more comprehensive steps to diagnose my situation. He discovered blockages that had been undetected previously. His guidance and reassurance gave me confidence that I needed to make the right decisions for my care. Just one week out of surgery, I feel 1000% better.
Very good experience, everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and informative. They took the time to explain everything and to answer my questions. I’m comfortable with them and trust their opinions on how to treat my situation.
