Extraordinarily pleasant atmosphere as soon as I entered the office. Staff acted professionally and had a good understanding of my situation from the onset. Dr. Bleakley has a down to earth bearing about him and ensured that all medical terms and procedures were clear and concise for both my wife and me. A very rewarding post-op visit.

Friendly staff, very thorough and professional. Scheduling future appointments was easy. Doctor Heo explained everything so that I could understand. He also spent a lot of time going over the next steps making me feel confident that I have chosen the right cardiologist.

We received clear and concise instructions. We were made aware of issues that may arise and the solutions available. We were encouraged to contact the office if needed. Very pleased with the process.

Arrived well before my appointment time. It was 30 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen. No explanation by anyone. Tech that installed my monitor was very curt and went through the instructions very quickly. Overall not the best experience.
