I was appreciative of the staff working so well to ensure my appointment and follow up was taken care of before my insurance expired. Staff that did my PET scan was kind and helpful. Explained everything well to ensure I was informed and comfortable. My follow up by the PA was informative and she worked hard to meet my needs based on my current situation. Thank you all!!

My initial contact in the exam room was with nurse Ellie. She was very kind and compassionate. She collected data on my medications and listened intently to some of my recent medical procedures. She was very professional. Dr. John, as usual, was very nice and caring. He preformed two ablations on me in the past which I am extremely grateful for. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful! They were so pleasant and caring and invested in making sure I was doing alright throughout the time I was there. I was told every step of the way what to expect and how long each part of the PET stress test would last. They work so well as a team. From the time I arrived to check in until the time I left the facility I felt well taken care of.
Dr. Hyder was a breath of fresh air! He made me feel seen and like I was involved in my health and making a plan for treatment. His kindness and knowledge are outstanding. I had some trouble with the desk staff getting my records but they were all friendly and communicated well.
