My experience today was excellent. The check-in staff member was polite, friendly, and professional. I was taken a few minutes early. The MA that I saw was very knowledgeable and patient. She explained everything clearly and didn't rush. I am aware that the practice as a whole is getting busier. If there have been any blips as a result of being busier, it certainly has not affected the quality of care or the professional and friendly manners of everyone I personally have come in contact with. In advance, the staff noticed I needed a visit even though the insurance, at first, denied the need, got the insurance to approve it and called to make an appointment! Impressive! They took me in promptly. Very kind, friendly staff who were happy there, you could tell. Ultrasound tech even educated me on what she saw after taking the videos. Outstanding!
This is one of the absolute best doctors office I have ever been to. Every single person introduces themselves to you and they explain things so thoroughly U’ve never had to ask any questions. They are so friendly and always in a good mood.
Dave and Ryan were amazing. One hundred percent Professional, enhanced by care and concern. Dave definitely went above and beyond during my visit. Very grateful to both of these experts.
The doctor was great and very informative. i was especially impressed that Dr. Loew took the time to explain all my options and also took into account that I was a cardiac nurse. She's a very approachable doctor I feel confident that my medical issues are in good hands. The office staff were also very helpful. When I knew I was going to be few minutes late, I called and asked if I should reschedule, and they accomadated my poor planning and told me to come in anyway.
